Thanks Michael - the waiting is cruel. Results are sent via email, so every time I hear the 'ding dong' I start to quiver. Is it too early for alcohol? :-)
Anon - I think the London results are being released throughout the day and Leeds are up on Blackboard later today. Good luck to you too:-)
It's most definitely *not* too early to have a little drinky.... particularly as it's for medicinal purposes in this case! ;-)
What is the best drink to have? Bailey's in the morning coffee? Or is that not quite strong enough? Would brandy be better?
Anon - why restrict yourself to just the one, a generous splash of each sounds quite reasonable to me:-)
Good idea, BM... and I'd leave both bottles within easy reach if I were you! ;-)

Anon - Baileys all gone, brandy all gone, now on the dandelion and burdock:-) I have no news either?
Go for it, BM.... get absolutely slaughtered!! ;-) You won't find as good an excuse as this for a while... (plus I'm sure it'll make the news of your great results that much more meaningful when it finally lands in your inbox).
p.s. if you've got long hair, you might want to tie it back now, in readiness for the inevitable retching into the toilet bowl later! ;-)

Michael - the Big White Telephone and I are well acquainted and yes the hair tying back is a good tip - perhaps a Miss Marple bun would make the whole bender appear a little more respectable:-)

Thanks Minxy - just got results, no fails which is a relief - totally different to what I'd thought. Did well in the 3 exams that I was concerned about and did okish in the 2 that I thought I'd nailed. That's BVC for you:-)

Yes, all was okay in the end, phew! However, I am a worrier, so of course I am worried about whether I made any ethics c***-ups now...
Glad it all went well, Maid - hale and hearty congratulations!!! With respect to the ups and downs of the BVC it only goes to show that the whole thing is, on occaision, pants, but you have prevailed!!!! ( and I think you're bloody fantastic)
